Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were elegant with new light wood built-in wardrobes, but they lacked a WOW factor compared to the rest of the hotel. However, they were clean and had several workout machines. The service was excellent across all levels, from valet guys to housekeeping. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the edge of Rollins College campus, making it easy to walk to beautiful downtown Winter Park. The dining experience at Hamilton's was very health-conscious and delicious. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel is very close to a five-star experience.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were clean and tidy, although the lighting could have been better. The decor was charming, and the bathroom was nicely appointed. The staff was very helpful and professional, making my experience more comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Winter Park, with everything within walking distance. However, the dining experience was just satisfactory, and there were limited dining options available.
During my stay at this excellent hotel, I found the rooms to be all very clean, but there were very short, passive-aggressive responses to simple, basic questions. The service was top-notch, with attention and professionalism from the serving staff; however, they disappeared for a noticeably long time. The location is perfect for enjoying all Winter Park has to offer, with well-maintained and clean surroundings to either use as a base to explore or as a respite from stress. The dining experience at The Hamilton Kitchen was exceptional, especially with the server's attentiveness, although the ability to order only off either the breakfast menu or the lunch menu was a bit limiting.
